Publishing guide

Everything you need to get your game live on AtoZas Games Hub.

1. Create a developer account

Sign up and choose “Publish games”, or enable developer tools later from Account settings.

2. Prepare your build

Any game that runs in a web browser works: plain HTML/JS/Canvas, Phaser, PixiJS, Three.js, Babylon.js, Construct, GDevelop, Godot (HTML5 export), Unity (WebGL), Defold and more.

  • Put everything in a .zip file with an index.html (at the root or in one top-level folder).
  • Use relative paths for assets (assets/hero.png, not /assets/hero.png).
  • Max ZIP size 100 MB, max 300 MB extracted, max 3000 files.
  • Allowed file types: web files, images, audio, video, fonts, WebAssembly and common game data formats. Server-side scripts (PHP etc.) are never accepted.
  • Unity WebGL: set Compression Format to Disabled or enable Decompression Fallback.
  • Godot 4: disable “Thread Support” in the web export (SharedArrayBuffer is not available inside the sandbox).

Already hosting your game elsewhere (itch.io, GitHub Pages, your own server)? Choose External URL instead of uploading a ZIP.

3. Sandbox & security

Games run inside a sandboxed iframe so they cannot access players' accounts. In this configuration games run with an isolated origin, which means localStorage, IndexedDB and cookies are unavailable — wrap storage calls in try/catch so your game still runs.

4. Add details & submit

Add a title, a short tagline, a full description, controls/instructions, a category, tags, a cover image (16:9, at least 1280×720 recommended) and up to 8 screenshots. Then click Submit for review. An admin will review and publish it — usually quickly.

After publishing, share your game link anywhere or copy the embed code to put it on your own site.
